First rehearsal gas rescue

February 3rd, 2007

Tonight we had our first rehearsal for Shakespeare’s Angels - so I got together with the folks at EdVideo in Guelph and started going over some of the sword fighting we would be doing between Jeff and Jen.  On my way back, I realized that I was out of gas and needed to gas up before I was able to finish my drive home.  I pulled into the station and fuelled up and then went to pay and found I had no wallet, but owed $37.  This was a problem.  After a short bit, I thankfully got a hold of Karen on the phone and she read out her credit card number and we punched it in so I could pay and leave.  I drove back to EdVideo and recovered my wallet before heading back home for the second time.  I’m very lucky I have a wife to rescue me from dumb situations.
