Not quite awake
Met quite a few of the staff in Tallahassee today which was very enjoyable, although I’m not in the best frame of mind as I stayed up all night analyzing acquisition data. Anyway, the city seems nice - the driver told me I should look out for the Lotto building, apparently ranking it as an equally significant landmark as the state capital building. Very hot and muggy here today, not sure I could handle the temperatures in August. One thing of note, I flew in to Tallahassee on a terribly small plane (19 seats) that seems like it was used in the war… no carpeting, nasty leather seats, the pilot was the flight steward – it was all very rough. I’ll have to remember to fly through a larger hub next time to avoid the reflection on aviation of yester-year.
